2017

i went through many, many changes in 2017. i quit my career of 7 years, got married, then went vegan, stopped drinking and ditched cigarettes; this was the start of my healing journey…

2019

in 2019 i became an integrative nutrition health coach and started seeing clients 1:1 to improve their nutrition and overall wellness; wae collaborative was born

2020

waeco went fully digital, i started seeing clients virtually and continued on my own healing journey

2021

i received mentorship and training from Mastin Kipp a leader in healing emotional trauma. this was big for me personally and professionally; i started healing my own emotional trauma and integrated this training into my coaching.

2023

i completed my 200hr trauma informed yoga teacher training and added in movement, breathwork and meditation into my offerings. and i also received a somatic healing certification in 2024.

2025

here we are today! i am really proud of where i am in my own journey and of what waeco has become; and i also know that both waeco and myself will continue to evolve & grow as the journey continues!

wellness = wholeness

here at waeco we believe wellness is PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL & SPIRITUAL and because of that we take a holistic approach, cultivating wellness throughout every facet of our being.

it means wellness isn’t just about eating kale and working out; it’s about feeling your feelings, connecting to something bigger than yourself, having a sense of belonging and feeling a sense of wholeness within yourself. wellness = wholeness, and spoiler alert you’re already whole.

doing less & being more, you may have seen this around the site or on my IG already. productivity & hustle culture have created a modern world that depends on us constantly DOING; working, buying, shopping, scrolling, etc. and we undervalue and look down on simply BEING.

myself and waeco are holding space for a more balanced collective future where we understand that rest & being-ness are VITAL to our individual and collective wellness. we are human BEINGS after all, seeking well-BEING. so let this be your invitation to let yourself simply BE.
